Vsevolod Kazarin is a photographer, researcher, and writer based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He holds a B.A. in Photography and an M.A. in Memory Studies and Public History.
In 2022, he co-founded the Ukrainian-German magazine Solomiya, which has since evolved into a broader platform for publishing, research, and curatorial practice. As a member of the Solomiya art collective, Vsevolod works between Kyiv, Berlin, and other European cities, focusing on underrepresented discourses through exhibitions, publications, and public programs. As a photographer, Vsevolod explores everyday life shaped by war, social change, and power dynamics. In 2023, he was awarded the German Peace Prize for Photography.
